一股煙味，房間不乾淨還是這種水療的房卡？一次性拖鞋沒有，晚上熱水很冷，扯什麼温泉水又師傅下班，這什麼**行為，半夜兩點入住我都馬上退房還不讓取消訂單，噁心死了，大家別入住了，早日倒閉。

説是温德姆除了帶標沒有像温德姆的地方。奔襲了一千公里極度睏乏説是找個温泉酒店入住泡個温泉訂了兩間泡池房到了告訴我他們上架錯房帶泡池的房間衹有一間了我想請問上錯房和我有什麼關係合約關係是我訂了帶泡池的房間無論你怎麼不是應該滿足我這個條件嗎？結果告訴我帶不帶泡池都是這個價這不是更本就沒有別的解決方式了嗎反正。服務行業做到這個點我很佩服的別的温德姆出現這種問題，可以升級房間，可以提供別的任何服務讓客户舒解這種心結，這完全沒有。你愛住不住，我反正扣你的費就這麼一個解決方式。相當垃圾。再説你們是水療温泉酒店既然已經因為泡池問題不高興了，那麼你們是否可以提及一句你們可以來大廳泡，提醒一下時間是十點結束。我們九點辦理入住十點去泡温泉人家説我們下班了泡池已經關閉了。你開的哪門子的温泉酒店十點就不開放了，跑遍整個雲南也沒有吧？羞人百帶。我定的是附樓好我不知道我吃虧算我的附樓需要從酒店大廳步行過去了兩三百米，你澡堂子不開，我冷*搜搜的走來走去了五六百米！更本就不知道附樓是改裝的哪個懶酒店，服氣得很！然後我説泡不了澡我回去泡個你的所謂的泡池房！就一個浴缸，我帶了浴缸一次性套，我已經夠退了吧，好，我放水！連個熱水温度都放不出來，水幾度？你能自己去摸摸嗎？那叫温泉酒店放出來的水嗎？不害羞自己叫温泉酒店嗎？人坐進去兩分鐘就可以出來了因為水是冷的，洗臉沒問題，泡澡簡直就是瞎扯淡！第二天早上我要洗頭，房間洗臉池的水龍頭竟然放不出來温水！是温水不是熱水，温水都放不出來！可怕不可怕！從沒有服務可説，辦理入住我們周圍都沒人就我們一家人，十五分鐘都辦理不了，不是這裡有問題就是哪裡讀不出來數據。你帶泡池，説上錯房了！你帶公共泡池！你下班了！你房間可以泡，你沒熱水！你帶早餐，你甚至連早餐時間都懶得告知一聲。你説説，哪一點像温德姆？我不是説温德姆多麼的好，但是第一次住的這麼不舒心住的這麼一肚子窩囊氣！你本可以什麼都不帶，你偏偏要搞個温泉酒店，一點温泉不沾邊。差評！極致差評！相當差評！

非常不乾淨！總枱臟亂差！廁所更不用説了！千萬別上當！這不是真正的温德姆！千萬別被騙了！
