I like this hotel very much. Our family had visited this place many times already. And we are planning to come back again. This is the best place for hot springs!!! Surroundings are very beautiful as well. Every season here has it's own beauty.
Hotel itself is beautiful and cosy. Hotel staff are super professional and friendly.
One more important thing: our two dogs are very welcome to come as well 🖤

This was a really good stay. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Will go back again. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even involved us in the new year fire works.

But the homestay was very considerate and added a small bed, and there was milk in the evening, and the children also liked breakfast. It's a pity that the swimming pool was not cleaned, and the children's favorite swimming was not available. When I stayed at their house before, I could order dishes, and they tasted good. Now I can only eat breakfast, and I have to eat out for lunch and dinner, or order takeout, which is a bit inconvenient.
