The only drawback is that the disposable bath cover for the hot spring bath in the room is a bit expensive at 20 yuan, 5-10 yuan is enough.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, check-in was very fast, and I was upgraded to a room for free. I have to say that the lake view is really good, the room is very clean, and the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable. I almost bought two pillows on impulse. The home is so comfortable, soft and not dented. I will consider this home next time I go to Anning.

Both this hotel and the surrounding area are amazing! We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and enjoyed the wonderful views and amenities offered. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The service and staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm suburb community, and a short walk from where you stay is the clubhouse, where is a restaurant with amazing views, the fitness room, and pool (check if your room includes the pool pass, otherwise you need to pay for it). We would absolutely stay here again!

I booked a standard room and got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. I was also given welcome fruit. Thank you very much! But the location of the hotel is not very good. There is a factory opposite. When I got up in the morning, I saw thick smoke from the opposite side! In addition, the breakfast is relatively simple, like a three-star hotel! The central air conditioning seems to be a decoration, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The whole room is stuffy. Fortunately, there are two windows that can be opened a little bit to let in some air!

We checked in a few minutes before the stipulated time. We understood that the room was busy during holidays and there were many guests. After repeatedly confirming that a room was arranged, the front desk personally took us to check in and explained how to use the pool in the room. It was really great, but here I hope to improve the front desk of this high-level hotel. First, the area is too small and there are only two computers. Although check-in is not a peak period at that time, the efficiency can still be improved. It will definitely be a bad experience to receive guests during peak periods. Second, I don’t know. Is it because there are not enough staff at the front desk of the hotel? When I came down later to ask where the free hot spring was, no one was waiting at the front desk. The rest of the hotel's hardware facilities are fine. I also believe that the hotel will continue to improve the front desk problem.
