非常不滿意，九點多入住，地暖温度5℃，兩個小時以後才到12℃，空調不能制熱，冷的不行，第二天早上才 15℃。花灑也沒有熱水，那前台讓去一樓洗澡，我在三樓，一樓洗澡可能嗎，也不知道説話是不是不過腦子。顧客要求換房間，前台説我們躺了，不能換，為什麼躺，還不是因為屋裡冷，再説就是穿着外套躺的。明知道賓館空調不制熱也不知道修，也不知道收了房費幹什麼吃的，最膩歪的住的時候不提前説。整個安平也就這最不行，最次了，還説我們鬧事，沒熱水，沒空調，地暖不熱，凍着睡了一宿。真是無語。

老闆好像***似得，語氣好牛的樣子，明明入住錢已經登記了電話到退房時間也不打，上午有事沒時間去退房，然後下午去了以後老闆來了一句交60再走，先不説你這個賓館值不值這些錢，你的服務態度讓我對你們這個賓館印象直線下降，老闆很自信地説：我們通知退房的方式衹有兩種一種是打房間的座機電話一種是敲門沒人接或者沒人理就證明沒人，登記電話幹嘛的啊明擺着想賺錢，最後我被迫不得已在續了一晚，評論這個沒別的意思就是告知大家希望大家謹記避雷
