服務態度差，環境差，電腦玩單機居然卡黑屏，真是服了。玩遊戲可樂撒到毛巾上了，跟我説需要把毛巾買回去，賠償損失，笑了，毛巾沾了可樂又不是沾了顏料，跟我説洗不乾淨，讓我們帶走，一條毛巾讓我賠償30元，還跟我説開不了發票，住宿也開不了發票，毛巾不讓開發票了就算了，我住的酒店也不給開發票，説要用別的酒店名字開，真服了，不能用悟空電競酒店開發票你提前説啊，給個公示啊，我告訴公司我定的你能開發票的酒店名字啊，這樣我能報銷，你也能開票不是大家都好嗎？***經理還跟我吵架，説我不可理喻！我正常住個酒店。開個發票，我怎麼不可理喻了？？？？。

我極少評論 但是這家酒店的環境和衞生真的太差了 給大家瘋狂避雷 本來定的兩天的酒店第二天就趕緊退了 真的不理解一個顯示25年裝修的酒店怎麼會這麼差 廁所又臟又潮濕 浴巾估計也是陳年舊物。 燒水壺臟舊的我都不敢用 大半夜渴了下樓買瓶水結果回來居然電梯壞了要爬樓回6樓 下午入住沒多久就停電原因是要清理空調。 最最最讓人不能忍的是 整個房間都是小飛蟲 非常多 要不是因為午睡過了 我當天就退了。

悟空電競第一次新裝修，也是第一次入住，各方面都很棒，第一次走進房間給人一種閃閃發光的那種感覺，五顏六色的燈帶閃着特別很有氛圍感，衞生很乾凈，電腦也很好用，手感特別好，網速特別劉暢，下次來還要繼續住！名字也棒棒噠！

這家電競酒店太棒了！一進門，科技感十足的裝修就很吸睛。電腦全是高配，玩啥遊戲都不卡，運行超流暢，專業電競鍵盤和電競鼠標超帶感。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，隔音超棒，能盡情享受遊戲時光。服務人員超貼心，有求必應，還推薦周邊美食。交通特方便，附近吃的也多。真心推薦給各位玩家，來這開黑超爽！
