環境挺好的，和朋友旅遊路過，隨便找的一家酒店。有免費停車場，衞生也還可以。前台很熱情，問了好多問題，都一一解答！還是很滿意的一家酒店

好歹是個連鎖酒店品牌，第一次住到體驗感這麼差的分店。入住的第一個房間（忘了房間號）有強烈異味，聞一會頭暈，給我換到隔壁***，下午出門之後晚上回來時發現有一衹巨大蟑螂
什麼樣的酒店衞生能滋生蟑螂？？當發現一衹蟑螂時説明附近已經有一堆了。當時的夜間前台智商很難評，甚至給出了“哪怕是自己家都避免不了有蟑螂”這種話！並拒絕了我的換房請求。誰自己住的家能滋生出蟑螂？
酒店的衞生有問題不虛心承認錯誤，反而偷換概念。跟她溝通不了於是我直接電聯攜程客服，攜程客服態度很好地解決了，前後不到20分鐘
換房時酒店方要求收取20元的清潔費，並且前台對我朋友擺臉子，我請問能有蟑螂的房間還有理由找住客要清潔費？20是小錢，哪怕心裏不痛快也給了。
這個房間環境和我們那十八線小縣城的格林豪泰都沒法比，太糟糕了。
設施：衞生間要毛巾的桿子莫名其妙掉下來了，洗手池沒有熱水

還可以吧，延遲退房一個小時交了20。房間空調風裡很足，洗澡水壓也很大，下次要是來安慶還可以考慮一下來這邊。

也就不説房間了，熱水管爆了突然事件我也能理解，凍了十分鐘沒熱水打電話説半夜十二點能有熱水，十二點洗還是沒熱水，硬是冷水洗澡，想早上起來再好好洗一下還是沒熱水，九點多了還是沒有熱水，住個酒店連澡都沒法洗，酒店也沒有任何道歉或表示
