民宿地理位置優越，去哪都方便。各種商店小店門口都有。小區管理的也挺好。
房東回覆及時，態度友好。
入住比較方便。除了那個車位和電梯入口有點曲折。
空調不是太好用，整體還湊合。
房間不如圖片上看着那麼光鮮。就客廳有點異域風情，應該是出租很長時間了，加上陰天，整體感覺有點舊，也不是很潔凈。屋子裡晾了很多被單，本來陰冷得天氣，讓房間更加潮濕。廁所反味很嚴重。經常臭烘烘的。拿東西擋了半天。
最令人不舒服的就是好多細節處比較臟，每個房間的空調上都有很厚的灰塵。廚房也不太乾淨。雖然我們也沒用。房間裏，紙巾盒，一些犄角旮旯的地方，感覺很久都沒有打掃了。
如果把衞生搞搞好，人多還是不錯的選擇。

優點：位置非常好，應該是安慶市中心，邊上商場餐飲人氣很足。北向次卧湖景。地庫停車方便，入住順利。
不足：主卧床沒有2米長，我185碰床沿打腳。床很硬，我老婆瘦硌得疼。廚房臟油煙味大，一進屋全是油煙味，全屋開窗通風&關廚房門之後基本無影響。

地理位置很不錯，小區外面吃喝玩樂一條街，還有商場都很方便，在樓上可以看到江邊風景，室內設施齊全，大家住的都很舒服。
