已經多次入住碧桂園酒店了衝著這個老牌子，衝著她的大氣，開闊，富麗堂皇，成熟和優質的服務。因為不是假期最旺季的時候去的，所以價格很合適。還幫我們免費升級了湖畔房，推開窗，優美的湖景一覽無餘。前台小李人美心善，和聲細語，説話始終帶着微笑，讓人賓至如歸。她幫我們辦理入住，延遲退房，及時解答我們的問題，第一時間響應和滿足我們的每個需求。我們帶着長者孩子，她還貼心的幫我們安排了相鄰的視線很好的景觀房，還做了無煙處理，讓人心裏暖暖的，超級舒服。酒店房間面積很大，設施一應俱全，早餐種類多，味道好，全家吃的很開心。在大廳碰到了正在工作的機器人，自己去尋找充電樁充電，增添許多樂趣。
碧桂園鳳凰酒店讓安慶之旅變得圓滿，下次再來，強烈推薦。

可以想象酒店剛開業豪華到什麼程度，但畢竟太老了，設施都老化陳舊，隨之衞生狀況也就差強人意。但服務還是一如既往的好。訂的是家庭房，前台小李給升級為家庭套房，倍感温馨。
適逢“2025小麥提質增產集成技術交流會”在酒店隆重舉行，給酒店增添了歡樂吉祥的氣氛。
再去安慶，應該還住碧桂園。

大年初三入住，性價比很高！由於平台一些小問題，辦理入住的時候戴霞同志現場經過協調，非常機動化的幫我解決了問題！由此特別感謝！體驗感非常好！酒店由於年齡化比較有年代感，但是環境衞生非常乾淨温馨！一進房間，空調就已經提前開好，很暖和，很貼心！嚴寒的冬天入住到温暖的酒店，很舒服！下次再去安慶，還會選擇入住！房間真的很大，還自帶陽台！巴適
