前台小姐姐服務特別棒，幫我升級房間，很驚喜。這次出行是來安慶參加音樂節，酒店位置離音樂節很近，隔湖相望，在房間的露台就能看見音樂節大屏，下午還聽到音樂節的音響聲。晚上，三文魚包下酒店的宴會廳團建，嗨到凌晨！感謝酒店工作人員熱情服務，此行圓滿開心！

Special mention to 戴经理who is extremely helpful and professional. She helped me to retrieve my lost baggage from the airline and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was delightful. The rest of the ladies we met at the Reception, the chambermaids and banquet staff were very pleasant too. Highly recommended!

房間很大很乾凈，各方面都挺滿意的，有個小陽台可以看到外面的湖景，不願意出去吃飯就在飯店點了兩點炒菜也很好吃，而且分量很足。早餐也很豐盛，服務人員都挺友善的。推薦大家如果自駕在安慶停留的話可以考慮的這個酒店。忘記拍照酒店房間了，跟酒店官網放出來的圖片基本上是沒有差別。

超出預期，免費升房了，為了這個酒店也值得住一晚，陽台看湖景悠閑愜意，這個酒店歐式裝修，花了大價錢的，實木傢俱質感很好，細節見用心，電梯口有糖果，大堂有幾種自助飲料可選，拖鞋底是厚的，跟三亞上千的酒店其實區別不大，除了小童樂園要小一些，我打算安排二刷安慶了。

因為帶着狗狗，選了這家寵物友好的酒店，但到了前台，態度很一般，還要打電話問領導，按規定交了清潔費，旁邊不知道是個酒店的什麼人一直説酒店有團客，搞得人心情不好，如果不能接待酒店可以不寫寵物友好啊！後面客房服務點個贊，特意送來了一個大籠子，服務也很暖心，衹不過我們不太需要，狗狗喝水吃飯都墊了紙墊，床上也鋪了我們自已的床單，我家狗習慣很好，走的時候房間乾乾淨淨。酒店早餐38元一位，因酒店比較偏，又下雨，所以就選擇在酒店吃，沒幾樣東西，非常不值。除了這些，其他還是非常滿意的，房間大，旁邊就是秦潭湖，天氣好的時候入住體驗感會更佳。
