這個酒店大家千萬別住，顧客的人身安全都不能保障，昨天晚上在酒店二樓有個男的一直在亂逛，時間長達至少一個小時，我們於昨晚十點回房間正好在走廊碰到那個男的，當時心下覺得奇怪於是便一直留意着時不時透過我們的貓眼往走廊看一看，於是就發現那個男的一直在外面逛並且時不時開關我們房門對面的消防通道門，40分鐘後我們透過我們的貓眼看走廊看到那個男的半倚着消防通道門，在我們打開貓眼看到他後十幾秒他立即閃身進入門內並關上門，不知道是不是聽到我們的腳步聲了。從這裏開始我們覺得特別不對勁，於是過了幾分鐘我們又去看貓眼，剛好看到那個男的彎腰貼在我們房門上不知道在鼓搗什麼並且房門口有東西摩擦的聲音，於是我們立即打電話給前台要求查看該時間段內監控，一開始酒店前台發了一個小時的監控給我們從中可以看到該男子一直在二樓晃來晃去面積很廣並且一些死衚衕都有逛到，但是裏面不包括那個男的在我們門口鼓搗的監控段，於是我們要求查看那個男子在我們房門口鼓搗的監控，於是前台發了第二段監控從中可以清楚看到該男子在我們房門口蹲着鼓搗東西長達一分半鐘，並且有兩次，其中第二次拿走了我們放在房間門口的喝了一半的奶茶，我們發現的那次居然不是第一次是第二次，隨後酒店保安來消防通道口查看沒有找到人，那個男的一直沒有出酒店！！！估計在哪裡躲着，詢問酒店前台該男子是否為工作人員，前台説不是，説可能是三樓住户。於是我們問是否查到是哪個住户，酒店説查不到監控裏看不出來，那很有可能根本就不是住户呀，酒店那邊一直在含糊其辭，實則他們根本不知道那個男子到底是誰並且那個男子一直在酒店沒出去他們居然也不管管，當時給我們換了二樓的另外一個房間，我們當時特別累於是沒有立即報警處理想着第二天再和酒店協商處理，當晚一直十分害怕並且沒有睡好，連帶着都有些心理陰影了，於是我們今天決定要求酒店給予一些補償，要求退回我們的房費（216元）酒店一直不同意，並且語氣態度不好，真的很離譜呀，我們覺得我們要求退回房費的做法非常合理沒有問題呀，畢竟昨晚真的被嚇死了啊，多危險啊。🤯假如我們昨晚沒有湊巧發現的話，那會發生什麼簡直不敢想，酒店那邊還説沒有對我們造成實質性危害⚠️，如果不是我們提前發現了真的很難説，難道什麼事情都要發生了才予以警惕嗎，真發生了還得了還來得及嗎

窗户小的可憐，由於在市場旁邊，早上有點吵，服務態度還算滿意，周邊吃的多，交通比較便捷，距離步行街幾公里
