Location was good, nearby to a big plaza. Cleanliness is still acceptable in the room. Service from the staff was great and helpful. Facilities are poor, you have to do your own laundry service (if you do not have time for example you need to goto work or walk around the city then no one will do it for you.), only self service laundry which I do not like. Breakfast was just okay but I can say poor as well. Foods are the same everyday (if you stay more than 1 day, you will not want to eat it after your second or third days). I was eating western style, no knife and folk for me even upon request. How do you apply butter on breads if there is no knife? Coffee was bad. The hotel lift is old, looks terrible but working. And payment was terrible, not accepting international credit cards and expecting foreigners to bring enough cash? Overall, if you are not too demanding then you can stay. For me, well... you know what is my answer.

The hotel feels great from the location and decoration. The only problem is that our room found hair. After contacting the front desk, the feedback was that the aunt who changed the sheets was off work. We had to upgrade to another room, but we had too much luggage. We just hope to change a sheet again. Later, we couldn’t help it, so we went up to rest, but the room upstairs was too noisy next door, and the hotel staff went to the original room to get the door card, but our luggage was still in the original room. It’s troublesome to get it back and forth at night. Finally, we asked the hotel to help take a quilt and spread it on the bed in the original room for one night. This night's tossing experience was not so good. The view of the restaurant is good, the local food tastes good, and the coffee machine is broken. The overall score is not bad, I hope the hotel will strengthen the health. I will choose next trip.
