Wuhuan Hotel

Came to Anshan on a business trip and chose this so-called five-star hotel in the city center. Once you enter the hotel lobby, it does look quite intimidating. I didn't expect this to be one of the few bright spots. This hotel is the worst hotel among all the places I have visited on business trips across the country, no doubt about it. The thing that impressed me most was the first night. After checking in, I took the elevator to go to the guest room to rest, but I experienced a terrifying elevator experience. I watched the elevator car fall from the eighth floor to the sixth floor. Then I was stuck for about five to ten minutes before the elevator started operating normally again, and I arrived at the floor I wanted to go to with trepidation. After putting my things in the room, I went out for a meal and came back to tell the front desk that the elevator had stopped on the day the problem occurred and asked someone to check it out. As a result, only one of the four waiters paid me a perfunctory attention. The next night, after taking a shower and preparing to rest, two people who were either cleaning staff or logistics staff were chatting at the door of my room. I put on my clothes, opened the door and asked them what they were doing. They told me that they were on the wrong floor and were on the floor below. It felt both confusing and speechless. The breakfasts during our stay were even more difficult to complain about. The hot dishes were basically not changed (or the chicken slices were replaced with pork slices), the wontons and noodles were not changed at all, and each portion was only a small bowl. When I checked out, I told the front desk that I wanted to take a bottle of mineral water to drink on the way, but they told me that there was no mineral water. To quote another guest's comment at breakfast one day, "This is not a five-star hotel at all, it's not even as good as a budget hotel!" I will never choose this hotel next time I come to Anshan.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of a five-star hotel is indeed attractive and worth recommending. The lobby is very grand, the facilities are a bit old, and the heating is not particularly good, but everything else is good.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, there are no modern smart devices, and the facilities are not very easy to use. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, and there is nothing to eat. The hotel is close to the park, and there will be the sound of square dancing.

The Fifth Ring Hotel is a long-established 5-star hotel in Anshan. The appearance and lobby of the hotel are still very good, but the interior is very poor. Every guest changes. As early as August 19, 2019, the National Tourism Star Hotel Rating Committee released Announcement, it was decided to impose a 12-month rectification deadline on Anshan Wuhuan Hotel.
