楠溪別苑離千山景區不遠，步行20分鐘，滴滴打車7元多可到景區大門，很方便。院子設計得很漂亮，住宿和餐飲都很好，性價比高。

房間衞生等較不錯；環境也可以；老闆（娘）的態度也可以。就是房間沒有門鎖！實在讓人無法理解！儘管人在房間裏，門可以上鎖，但是人在外面卻沒有鎖！室內行李等物品無安全感！

入住時不知道哪裡來的小狗 晚上一直在叫真的很吵啊 入睡效果不好 休息不好真的第二天很疲憊 哎 但整體來説還可以吧

設施：有熱水，但是淋浴不好使。。不能洗澡，晚上問了也沒回復。。
衞生：馬桶裏有東西沒沖乾淨，牀頭櫃裏還有套😅
環境：民宿環境還是不錯的✓，看着還挺不錯的
服務：夜班的大爺人挺好的，其他的難評
