酒店位於站前商業區，周邊配套豐富，有綜合性的商場和很多美食，去火車站的話更是過一條馬路就到，房間也很清爽，值得推薦。

不好，空調聲音打開後跟摩託車聲音似的賊拉大，窗户朝着的方向還有個鍋爐房或者是中央空調的房間晚上也不知道什麼原因噪音特別大，覺都睡不好

設施比較老舊，但是前台陽陽微笑服務，態度很好
而且離勝利廣場不遠，就在鞍山站旁邊交通便利。

設施：設施挺全面的，就是缺乏拖鞋，不知道是清潔工阿姨忘記放了還是怎麼了，衹有一次性的，不太方便，希望能夠改善這個問題，給顧客更好的入住體驗
衞生：衞生還是不錯的，不管是衞生間還是床單被罩什麼的，都很乾凈
照片沒有拍，就拍了我買的東西，哈哈

服務：服務人員素質很高，非常熱情，幾次求助都耐心給講解，非常感謝這家酒店的服務人員。關鍵這家的性價比極高，房價很優惠適合經濟型出遊。樓下還有免費停車的地方，所以非常方便。

我都不信這是如家旗下
房間有異味，幸虧我坐着之前擦了下桌子，桌子也是臟的，紙都能擦黑不知道怎麼做的保潔
空調不好使，屋裡冷的半夜睡不着，鼻子都突然不通氣了，然後不知道是隔壁還是什麼，總有滴滴的響聲響了一晚上
牆裙還發黴，不知道屋裡是不是這個味
