幾乎不寫評論，遇到美好的人，記錄一下這次“住一次就不想退的酒店”：入住時間是八月末，過來避暑，和朋友佛系旅遊，沒去市內，內置好的酒店都超預期。我們四個人住了兩間房，還能泡温泉，分享感覺很舒服的幾個點—— （1）前台，服務熱心周到。朋友生理期，非常細緻的和我們講哪裡能買大創口貼，行李比較多，還幫我們提到了電梯口；（2）早餐，豆漿油條…麪條米粉…麪包蛋糕…粥類炒菜…水果也有，聽煮麪的小姐姐説前一週人都特別特別多，我們來得剛好，也不用起大早來吃飯；（3）智能卧室，叫小wei就可以自動開窗關窗、控制燈啊電視啊，屬於懶人必備的科技；卧室每天也會有人打掃；（4）距離，我和朋友就是佛系玩，去了龍宮，看了瀑布，玩了漂流，目的地離酒店最多也就半小時，這邊打車便宜；（5）小吃，附近有很多安順地道的小吃，附近豆米火鍋和涼粉都很不錯。本以為這裏很偏沒啥外賣，那就大錯特錯啦，啥啥都很方便～也不是説它多好，建議改善的點也有：主要就是衞生細節，像邊角縫隙的清掃，但總不能拿五星級豪華酒店去要求，畢竟這個價位我沒住過更好的。最後感謝宜程提供的美好服務，假期結尾也有一個happy ending。

The view of the hotel is amazing! Outside the window is a green mountain view, and you can see the stars at night. I feel relaxed. The front desk lady Betty and the duty manager Kerr were very considerate. They not only helped us arrange the room with the best view, but also recommended nearby attractions and food. The service attitude is really amazing, full marks!

The hotel is in a great location - there are bus stops directly outside, which makes getting to/ from the bus station and high-speed train station quite convenient. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Hongshan lake. There are lots of little shops in the neighborhood, and a few street food stalls up towards the lake. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; one very patient member of staff spent a long time helping me find information about Huangguoshu falls, and gave useful advice about getting the bus there. The room is spacious and very clean. It even has a cubicle for the shower. Very good value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very good. The overall health, environment and service are good. But I still feel uncomfortable. There is afternoon tea, free (mini) refrigerator, cocktails when booking the hotel, because the front desk did not mention the service at 7 pm, I suddenly remembered to call the front desk at night, afternoon tea because the time is too late, I did not provide it the next day, I left no one to mention this; special cocktails said that it was only available in the restaurant downstairs, and we didn't go too late; Free (mini refrigerator) said that the refrigerator can be enjoyed, the result is a bottle of mineral water, and the front desk feedback, until we are going to sleep, the waiter will come to the door to give us the free (mini refrigerator) things. Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

The hotel's exterior and interior (lobby, restaurant, guest rooms) are luxurious and clean, the accommodation is quiet and comfortable, and the environment around the hotel is also elegant. The breakfast is rich and delicious, but the protein food can be increased. The front desk staff has a good attitude. We are foreign tourists and are not familiar with the local system. We can't book tickets for the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area using foreign credit cards. Fortunately, the front desk staff Zhang Feng and Han Shuai were enthusiastic to help us and spent extra time to help us book. We were able to visit the long-admired Huangguoshu Waterfall. We are very grateful for their help.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is within walking distance to the ancient city and Gufu Street. To go to Huangguoshu Dragon Palace, you can take a bus to the nearby distribution center, which is very convenient. The front desk of the hotel was very nice and upgraded our room for us. The upgraded room is incomparably larger, the bedding is comfortable, the room is clean, the bath water pressure is high, and it is very comfortable to wash. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There are noodles and noodles downstairs, which is very convenient. The lady who sells beef noodles is very nice and the noodles are delicious. A very happy trip to Anshun!

The front desk service is really good. I answered all my travel questions. There are also many barbecues and special snacks recommended by the front desk. They are really good, cheap and affordable. At least there are no mistakes. I asked a lot of people and patiently recommended them. They also helped us locate the location and how to take a taxi. The front desk like! ! The hotel is like new, and the facilities and equipment are very comfortable. The children especially like the delivery robot. Feeling very cost-effective. Next to the hotel is the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. Buy tickets online, you don't have to go to the ticketing center (Longzitian). The ticketing center is still quite far from the entrance of the scenic spot, you have to take the scenic sightseeing car to enter. Speaking of the house, more than 800 family rooms, one large bed, two single beds, a hall, and a balcony. After entering the door of the house, the two rooms have separate door cards, which ensures safety and privacy.
