Meilan Hot Spring Hotel

The kids wanted to soak in the hot springs. After a long time, I found this room with a pool. It was the worst experience during the May Day Tour. It turned out that there was a reason for the low score of 3.9. The cleanliness of the room was very bad, and the service was extremely speechless. The room has a musty smell as soon as you enter; the sheets have not been changed, and there are blood stains; the bathroom is not clean; there are thick spider webs under the wardrobe and bedside table in the room. The water feels like tap water, and it doesn't feel slippery when soaked. There are very few varieties of breakfast, which is very poor. Call the front desk in the early morning and ask you to change the room card yourself. The next day, I told the general manager, but there was no further information. The front desk explained that the room was not clean, and there was no apology call in the past day, and I would never go there again.

The first negative review, there are many mosquitoes in the room, even if I use mosquito coils, it is useless, I am covered with bites, the hot spring in the room will return to moisture, and the next day when I wake up, the ground is wet, causing me to fall a few times wrestling, not a star and a half

這個酒店整體很好 前台服務也很好 講話很客氣 總體來説很舒服 然後呢温泉水也是一天一換 房間衞生也是很乾凈 推薦推薦推薦 下次來還住這裏 出來一趟住進那麼舒服的酒店心情都變好很多 主要還含早餐 還是自助餐 菜品很多很豐富

第一，用去哪網很多年，重來沒有出現過平台訂房成功，到酒店前台被告知不接受網絡訂單，多方交涉以後前台工作人員才最終給辦理入住。第二，泡温泉説是到11點，10：30就趕人；魚療池裡麪居然有一個，線插在插在泡池邊的電插孔裏，説是給魚供養用的，也不怕給客人電死；住店客人衹能自帶房間浴巾，不能在泡池邊拿，那住的遠的3棟轉幾個電梯才能下來的客人忘了怎麼辦，工作人員表示管不着；第三，因為帶了小朋友，需要多加牙刷，打電話到前台説沒有，晚上11點客房已經下班，自己去拿都不能提供，東西掉在枕頭底下，打電話問了説沒撿到，總結下來就是要啥啥沒有，服務基本靠自助，態度挺好但是基本不提供服務。第四，温泉旁邊的衞生間沒紙就算了，紙簍都沒有，用過的衞生紙都得到處都是，噁心再也不會再去的酒店，還換了個名字叫怡程，帶小朋友的謹慎吧

這次是最差的一次住宿，樓城沒服務員，電梯口沒燈光而且是在酒店的外面，

房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，早餐豐富可口
