都無語了，不想説，不知道是客房出的錯還是咋，反正都沒有洗漱用品，喊送，答應好好的，第二天我們都退房了還是沒有送，無語，而且那個網是真的不想説，晚上卡點關網一樣，雖然自己也有流量，但是真的沒有必要這樣呢

這可以説是一個徹頭徹尾的爛酒店：
有蚊子就算了，睡覺時發現一衹蟑螂，立刻跟前台反映，要求換房間，前台的態度是我這一輩子沒有見過的，既不處理，也不解決，完全迴避，後在我的追問下直接掛電話！然後無奈半夜1點換酒店住！然後打電話給攜程投訴，攜程做出了令人滿意的處理結果。（補充一個細節：攜程溝通酒店時，酒店説不解決問題是因為不相信有蟑螂，笑死，客人跟你反映了你可以上來自己看，而且我也告知前台拍了視頻和照片，並沒有找我看，完全就是一個迴避的態度）
