We ended up driving to Anson because all the name brand hotels in Abilene were booked. Morning Star was had availability so we kept driving. Friendly customer service upon arrival. They don’t have the AAA discount, but when asked they gave us a discount on the room. The room was freshly painted in bright cheerful colors and tile floor. Immaculately clean rooms and property. Very quiet despite being close to the road. Great value for the price of the room. We will definitely stay again the next time we are up this way.
