Extremely rude customer service
The room smell bad and old needs renovation hotel is not enough close to 2 star,, taste less food you can eat as much as you want that is all and the price is included in the room costs so it is not free … I left the hotel after one night will never go back as the service and quality of food us important

The hotel is nicely decorated; location is very convenient and the food very good in terms of quality and variety of options. I had a small complication with my booking due to my mistake; and the Reception desk (special thanks to Ali) was very helpful in solving the problem. I really apprecited the help.

room is exclusive for all F and B, bar attendant and bell attendant is prefect. room decor is old , bathtub need step in and out quite dangerous of falling, the AA bath amenities is no good at all.....not even had any bamboo and smell like in hospital ...location is from of sea, but....very far from city town , and not convenience if go airport

Wonderful All-Inclusive Hotel. Excellent Buffet and drinks on tap. Superb service/staff and great value, especially in off season. Highly recommend!

Need A lots more improvement for international standards. Suppose dirty Carpet marks all over broken doors edges not clear indication . Average food but still plenty of dishes to choose from and finally definitely staff need more training specially how to communicate with the customers and give them right direction… Overall, 6 out of 10 snow ready for five star yet.

an amazing hotel to stay in, rooms pretty big the only minus the shower bit too small. all and all for the price paid you couldnt ask more, all inclusive, fantastic food and very nice staff.

Megasaray is really fantastic hotel the view from the room is amazing over looking the mountains and all the staff are super nice and working very hard polite and professionals.
We loved the food the location and everything. We definitely recommend this hotel.
