We rented the hotel for a day. The room is small, but everything is there. Breakfast is included, buffet. The staff is friendly, they love animals. Cozy hotel. There is a swimming pool, but it is located in a closed area from the sun.

No thrills , does the job. Staff were very friendly despite our delays, pool is small but enough for all, location is good enough that it isnt loud but isnt too far from the beach or the theme park either, the manager went out of his way to provide for us and , after reading the bad reviews, we don't understand the experiences of others, We'd happily return.

I am not a usual review writer, but this is exceptional. So I want to help others: 1. Location and area - located in a underdeveloped part, lots of building works in the surrounding plots. Very noisy. Located next to an open sewer. Beware mosquitos! Its 20 minutes walk to the beech. Its a windy path, not safe. 2. Unsafe and dangerous - the area is a bit sketch. Unsafe at night. Avoid if u want to stumble back in the dark. 3. Breakfast - if u like stale meat and mouldy bread. Milk gone off. Which other hotel says dont bring drinks from outside or we will charge u! Madness. 4. Staff - not welcoming, dont speak english. Rude and scary to approach. 5 cleanliness - toilet smells of drainage, shower gets blocked and sheets are changed or cleaned. You dont get a duvet. U get a towel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel manager and owners are liars! When I tried to talk to the night manager about the pool not being open (because they told me it would be open and ready to swim in) he told me he "didn't care" about my concern. Then when I asked to talk to the main manager he said "no" then he started swearing at me telling me to F*** off! The most disrespectful, disgusting scammers I've had the displeasure of meeting. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT HOTEL LUNA! There are many bad reviews that I wish I had read before, so would have known NOT to book! It's dirty, noisy, bad food, no pool, false advertising, rude, disrespectful awful place and awful staff and owner!
