We had a rest from January 1-4, 2025, the hotel met us well, they even fed us breakfast (arrived in Antalya early in the morning), the hotel is nice, the interior is modern in the Loft style, the bed is very clean - this is a special thank you, bravo 🙌, there was always water for drinking in the room, tea and a kettle, we liked everything, the breakfasts are good. For this money - decent service! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and modern. There is a parking lot. The location is close to the center and Konyaaltı beach. The open buffet breakfast is not bad.

After reading some reviews here I was feeling apprehensive about checking in to this hotel that my tour company had organized. I needn’t have been, as the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was huge with a balcony, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making. The room was quiet with good air con. The corridors are a little dark and generally the hotel could do with an upgrade. The shower head in the bathroom was a little tricky to manage with some water spillage onto the bathroom floor. The hotel is centrally located to a busy shopping precinct and a 15min walk to old town. A short walk to the beach and tram stop. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful with barista made coffee. They even packed me a takeaway breakfast when there was an early start. Given the price, this is a fair deal.

The room was not cleaned properly upon my arrival and that seemed normal during the whole of my stay - coverlet pulled up and apathetic cleaning if any. Breakfast options not very appetising for an English palate unless you like fried eggs, no toast option, no orange juice. Poor Wi-Fi throughout and generally nothing 4 star about the place. Dark corridors and stairs made to look 'trendy' but generally gloomy and dangerous.

Very aggressive reception man called CALEF who threaten to hit my husband because we did not want him to keep our passports over night and asked him to take copies, he had to be held back by 2 of his members of staff as he tried to assault my husband not once but 2 times in front of my children also because we asked him for his name and manger contact details to log a complaint! Absolutely disputing behaviour not professional… staff need training and hotel needs a revamp!!! Don’t stay here!!!
