I’ve used laundry services in many countries, but I’ve never been charged anything close to this amount. There was no price list provided in advance, and I was genuinely shocked when I saw the bill. Charging 3,750 TL for a regular load of laundry is simply unacceptable. Make sure to ask for prices beforehand or consider using a different service

Bad internet, bad beds, bad bed sheets, no English speaking staff The room has a broken window, Internet is very weak and you get kicked off often There was no hot water in the bathroom The room was partially cleaned after several phone calls at about 5 pm The room was dusty and the space by the window behind the TV and behind the beds We have to use google translator at all times

A part l'emplacement ya rien de positif dans cet hôtel. Le personnel Froid. Même pas un bonjour. Petit déjeuné Nul le stricte minimum. (jai du demander du lait pour les céréales des enfants) Un seul gâteau et coté salé..pfff presque rien. Chambre très petite mais ménage tout les jours . notre chambre sentait la cigarette a cause de la moquette partout. Personnel parle tres peut l'anglais et sont froid. Tres déçus. Comme j'ai dis à part l'emplacement en face d'un centre commercial et à 05mn du centre historique.

Kat sorumluları oldukça ilgili ve gerekli çalışmaları yapmaktadırlar fakat girişteki resepsiyon personelleri oldukça soğuk ve sanki otele mecburi bir şekilde gidiyorsun gibi davranıyorlar yüzlerinde zerre kadar tebessüm dahi yok onlarla konuşurken yüzüne dahi bakmadan muamele yapıyorlar onların yanında müşteri değilde sanki suçlu gibi davranıyorlar bide otelin kendisinde zerre kadar ses yalıtımı olmamaktadır alt veya üst katta biri çayını karıştırsa kaşık sesi odana geliyor ayrıyetten bildiğim kadarıyla hatta öbür otellerde konakladığımızda öbür şehirler de dahi çıkış günü bütün ödememizi yapıp çıkıyoruz burda ise 1 saat farkla hep beraber para istiyorlar Buda müşterinin kendisini değersiz hissettiği anlamına geliyor

Daha öncede kaldığım bu otele ailemle gelmek istedim en büyük avantajı tam şehrin merkezinde her yere yakın olması bunun haricinde odalarda yapılan değişiklikler daha da ferah bir görünüm katmış zaten severek geliyorum. Personellerle arkadaş olduk kat görevlileri çok tatlı odalar temiz ve ferah kahvaltı çeşidi bol aşçı abimizle tam bi aile dostu gibi sohbet ederiz hamam saunadan da yararlandık her şey çok güzeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
