Hôtel Beau Site - Cap d'Antibes

We had a really lovely stay in this pretty hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. Our room was clean with traditional French shutters and the bed was comfy, with super soft pillows. The room was cleaned daily, to a high standard and with lovely new clean towels. The staff, were always cheerful and on hand to help, especially Sylvie, who went out of her way to help when I realised I had forgotten my phone charger. She also helped us find our way around the town and suggested restaurants near by. She was great to chat to, too. We would recommend this hotel for the perfect location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and in walking distance of a white sandy beach, with great views

From the moment we arrived to this hotel, we were greeted by Sylvie, what a hostess!! The warmest welcome with the most wonderful tips of everything we should do in the area. If we didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Sylvie our trip would definitely have been less of an adventure. On top off all Sylvies helpful tips she was super accommodating helping us with drinks one evening when we came back and setting up my family in the lounge area making us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Terrible experience. Upon arrival after a 12 hour flight from California, getting in at 9:30pm (to the hotel as I shared with them a week prior) I leaned that the hotel had given away my room to someone else. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this time the manager seemed to selfishly determine that even though I made my reservation months in advance (and at a good rate) that it was a big weekend—-Cannes Film Festival—-and the hotel could make more than double. The manager, Natalie, was not at the hotel when I arrived, but the front desk attendant, Agate, was amazing in calling almost 20 hotels in the area to help us find a room. Yes, 20 hotels bc they were all booked up for Cannes and F1. We were planning to sleep in their hotel lobby at one point bc there were no rooms to be found. Credit to Agate for all she did to find us a room at another hotel. The manager needs to give their hosts time to arrive and alert our any details and definitely not selfishly attempt to take more money and make cancellations without the guests knowledge and DEFINITELY NOT CANEL ON YOUR GUESTS THE DAY OF WHEN GUESTS ARE ON AN AIRPLANE TRAVELING TO YOUR HOTEL!!!
