Found bed bugs crawling on walls. After showing the manager he said the room was clean, while he was squishing them with his finger. He refused to cancel the booking or return our 400 GTQ deposit. We were also accused of booking a cheaper hotel and trying not to pay, which would be impossible given the deposit. If price is too good to be true, it probably is.

Nos salvó de habernos quedado sin hotel por una noche. Está ubicado un poco lejos del centro histórico, pero el lugar es limpio, confortable. Necesitan, eso sí, trabajar con tarjetas de crédito. Las personas son muy amables y permitieron dejar nuestras cosas, pese a ya no estar alojados.
