Fantastic hotel with the best staff! The rooms, facilities, and breakfast are great. The hotel is located near the centre of Antigua and is perfectly accessible by foot. However, the staff is what made this place special, such friendly and hospitable people, from reception to housekeeping. We will definitely come back when we return to Guatemala.

Beautiful place, very kind staff and they treat you like a king and queens. Very good beds ,blankets, pillows, very good showers,. They have good tv with Netflix Amazing food and restaurants. 100 % will go back to the same hotel close to all restaurants and cafes in La Antigua Guatemala.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Posada de la Luna for five nights and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Our room was spotless, and despite seeing other guests in the courtyard and during breakfast, the hotel remained impressively quiet. I also appreciated its convenient location—close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see in Antigua, yet slightly off the beaten path, providing a peaceful retreat. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The hotel has a lovely courtyard. It is secure and the room was comfortable and clean. It had a good wifi connection. Well located near the main bus station. Staff are very helpful - they can also organise transfers from the airport. A nice breakfast was also included.

First of all, it is all about service. Super Super nice people there. 24 hours reception, I had problem with the reservation in which I had to change twice, and they were flexible about it although it wasn’t in their change/cancellation policy that is a huge thing for them. They arranged a honeymoon surprise in the room and helped with any question I had The hotel has very high standards of cleaning The small room (which what was left) was a bit too small but no complaints. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection was not stable all the time, and when I told to the lady at the reception she said that it is an outsider provider and she can’t really do much about it. With any other problem they fix very quickly even in the middle of the night.

Loved this boutique hotel just on the edge of town (10 minute parque central). The rooms and the grounds were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. I usually don’t take advantage of the hotel breakfast because I strong coffee (usually espresso over ice) and something sweet, but I had the breakfast here four of the five mornings, and it was amazing every time. Two omelets and two pancakes with fruit. I had some trouble with my credit card and the young man at the desk—Manuel—was so helpful, allowing me use the phone so that I could work out the issue with my bank. He also opened wine for me at night and served me on the patio. All in all, this was a great stay in Antigua.

This place is really lovely, the staff is very friendly and caring and the small courtyard is charming and beautiful. They serve breakfast (usually included in the price of accommodation) which is really fresh and delicious with eggs, beans, fruit, salsa etc. They serve coffee and have filtered water available plentifully. The views from the rooms are quite nice and the staff, again, is very caring. I took a solo hike to Acatanengo and the staff was worried about me (since it is HIGHLY unusual to do the hike unguided in a single day). They reached out to me to make sure i was okay and i thought that was beyond great service. Overall would stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend
