Una excelente experiencia viví con mi esposa y mi hija. Este fin de semana celebre mis 33 agostos. Aspectos positivos: - La atención del personal, especialmente Jonathan, es un excelente creador de experiencia. - Los administradores del lugar siempre visibles, atentos y activos garantizando que todo esté bajo control. - La al habitación impecable, todo organizado y cómodo - La piscina y las demás zonas muy agradables - La comida demasiado deliciosa, cuidan cada detalle. - La música en vivo los sábados en la noche, definitivamente un plus que supera las expectativas. Oportunidades de mejora: - Mantenimiento de las mesas de billar, les falta cuidado. - La cobertura del wifi, hay zonas con deficiencia en la señal, te limita a pensar en realizar teletrabajo desde allí. - Las toallas, a pesar de que se ven limpias no tienen olor agradable, las 3 que nos tocaron olían como a mal seco, se que estaban limpias, pero quizás el proceso de lavado y secado no es el ideal, por favor mejorar esto urgente, nada más agradable que secarse con una toalla que huela rico. Espero a mi regreso ver este punto chuleado. Sin duda volvería una y cien veces más.

Tuve pésima experiencia con la hostería Tonusco Campestre. Hice una reserva con un mes de anterioridad, para celebrar el aniversario con mi novio, y cuando llegamos al lugar, no nos tenían separado el espacio, la cabaña no estaba disponible y demoraron 2 horas para darnos respuesta. Y cuando por fin nos "resolvieron", lo que hicieron fue darnos una cabaña que no era la que había pedido y pagado por anticipado. Adicional el servicio al cliente muy ineficiente y confuso. No recomiendo el lugar.

Es una hostería cómoda, tiene muchas habitaciones, las habitaciones son cómodas. El personal del lugar es muy amable, buena atención y disposición, siempre pendientes de los requerimientos. El lugar tiene muchas opciones para hacer y muchas áreas distintas, jacuzzi, espacio de juegos, billares, espacio para trabajar, zona de juego infantil, me gusto mucho porque tenía juguetes y triciclos para niños. Animales por todo el espacio.

Muy recomendada, bien cuidada, comida rica, espacios confortables, hermosa, Johanna y Juan jose super amables, no cuesta nada una sonrisa y ellos hacen la diferencia, mis FELICITACIONES para ellos su calidez nos hizo sentir en casa sería fabuloso que la mayoría fuera así. Volvería sin duda alguna.

Una experiencia maravillosa, viajamos en familia con una persona en situación de discapacidad. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias, la atención fue espectacular, especialmente la brindada por dos personas de servicio en atención a huéspedes, Johana y Wilson. Nos brindaron todo lo necesario para mi hijo que es discapacitado y siempre estuvieron atentos a colaborar y prestar el mejor de los servicios
