The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Facilities: The hotel features modern architecture with a rustic wooden exterior, giving it the appearance of a mountain cabin from the outside, but stepping inside reveals a contemporary hotel. The ground floor includes a children's play area with large floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of seating to enjoy the mountain views outside. Cleanliness: The common areas looked very clean, and the room was tidied up nicely, though I did spot some dust in the corners. Environment: The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled halfway up the mountain. It's perfect for those with a car, as it's about a 30-minute drive to Erdao Baihe below. Without a car, it could be a bit inconvenient, and round-trip taxis wouldn't be cheap. The room had a balcony with great views and fresh air. The only downside was that it was a bit cold at the end of September. Thankfully, the thick curtains blocked some of the chill. Since there was no air conditioning at this time, we asked the hotel for an electric heater; otherwise, we wouldn't have wanted to get out of bed in the morning. Service: Hilton's service is, as expected, impeccable. We received welcome cookies, and fruit and drinks were delivered to our room. Guests also get free access to the hot springs. The butler-style service was excellent, with quick responses in the chat group. Finally, we were able to request a late check-out until 2 PM. Dining: The food selection was very rich, offering Northeastern and Yanbian specialties, with a main focus on Western dishes complemented by noodles, wontons, and delicious bread. You could even grab extra bread to take with you for a snack on the mountain.

I am particularly satisfied with the pleasant trip. It exceeded expectations. We traveled together with several people. Everyone praised the hotel's environment and services. The price/performance ratio is really great. I can come here often for vacation! The room is very good, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the service is especially good! There are high-speed rail station transfers, hot spring tickets and transfers, Tianchi VIP access and transfers, off-road vehicles, and bicycles, which are suitable for bringing children. The hotel's pickled cabbage dumplings are also delicious. Special thanks to the beautiful lady and handsome guy at the front desk for their thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. It felt so good to feel at home. I ended the trip with a full sense of happiness. I look forward to coming back next time!

The inn is newly renovated, the facilities are very new and clean. There are many people on the holiday who have a pass to the north slope shuttle bus the next morning. The farm food is also opened by the boss. The boss is very warm and polite. It can be used as a transit for Changbai Mountain tour.
