來長白山一定要來皇冠，可以看到天池還能泡温泉還有鹿園，還能全程接送到高鐵站，

四個人訂了兩間雙床房，因為要照顧兩個阿姨，所以和酒店商量了一下給我們一間套房，酒店直接給我們升級了，這樣在房間説話就很方便了。管家的服務也很好，每天都會提醒需不需要接駁車。就是房間浴室的地漏有點慢，洗澡下水有點慢，整體還是很不錯😌的。

淡季在長白山，超讚，人少，景區也很好，酒店服務也很好，有免費接送站服務，早餐也很豐富，酒店有專門的vip通道去長白山的車子。還是非常推薦。每個客人有專門的管家，管家會幫你解答所有問題，包括約車。

設施：希望早日更新硬件，特別馬桶和床品！
遺憾住了三天都沒遇到天池開放、vip服務沒用上。
餐廳菜品沒有粥類、建議增加粵菜，南方朋友水土不服想吃碗瘦肉粥熱乎～
升級山景房、趕上晴天無霧、房間看到了長白山美景。

特別提醒:如果1.節假日2.短途旅遊沖長白山北坡一定要慎重，國慶酒店價格2680，長白山北坡開放概率不到50％，不開放vip通道用不上真的會慪死，因為酒店主要優勢在地理位置，其他根本不值
一、設施（酒店充分節省成本）:
1.出行:從接送開始，酒店確實説明瞭非專車，大巴，但是連大巴也是拼的（半山酒店，藍景，皇冠一起拼），其他五星級很多都專車，大巴考慮到30+公里也能理解，拼車就離譜
2.用品:一次性用品例如牙膏，沐浴露相對價格較低
歡迎禮品:洲際會員歡迎禮品是勾兑的滙源果汁
3.酒店不提供免費洗衣服務，有免費烘乾，我們七點多泡温泉，八點多諮詢洗衣烘乾服務已經下班了，定位是温泉酒店，洗衣收費也能理解，烘乾這麼早下班。同時沒有自助烘乾很不到位，晚上去泡澡的客人濕衣服得放一夜，如果明天不續住很不方便。
二、服務:兩個管家響應相對及時，入住退房都在，房間有莫名滴聲也主動提出換房和聯繫修理人員，這個就不放視頻了，因為處理還算妥善
三、環境和衞生:距離長白山景區很近，景色還是可以的，衞生沒大毛病，就是酒店開的久相對老舊

總結:及時考慮到國慶溢價，也遠配不上這個價格
附帶北區關閉方案:馬上買西坡票，必要時可以閑魚（我買的是每張+80），自己可以辨別，打個車，爬山1440台階而已，並不算很累

長白山温泉皇冠假日酒店：被Yueyue和Crystal的服務暖到的完美度假
這次長白山之行的高光時刻，一半是天池的壯闊，一半是長白山温泉皇冠假日酒店管家Yueyue和Crystal帶來的貼心服務，必須實名點贊！
還沒入住，Yueyue就提前加了微信，把高鐵站免費接送的時間、長白山北坡VIP通道的使用流程都講得明明白白，連景區天氣和穿搭建議都一併附上，讓我們這種第一次來長白山的遊客瞬間安心。入住後發現房間視野超棒，能直接看到雪山，後來才知道是她特意幫我們協調的高樓層房型。
Crystal則是“有求必應”的代名詞。我們糾結天池哪天開放率高，她結合天氣預判果斷建議我們第一天進山，結果真的趕上了陽光明媚的好天氣，順利看到了完整的天池全景，這運氣離不開她的專業判斷[__LINK_ICON]。臨走時還貼心準備了水果和麪包，説是怕我們路上餓，細節真的太戳人了。
酒店本身也沒話説：聚龍泉的温泉水名不虛傳，20多個室外泡池在雪景里美成童話，泡完渾身舒暢；早餐種類超豐富，東北特色熱菜和西式餐點一應俱全；去景區走VIP通道不用排隊，省了大把時間。
硬件夠硬，服務更暖，尤其是Yueyue和Crystal的貼心照料，讓整個旅程格外圓滿。下次來長白山，一定還選這裏！

房間還可以，温泉挺好的，晚上酒店的自助餐還可以，早餐也不錯，管家服務很棒，幫忙預約了接送站，服務很到位！也是順利看到了天池，VIP函省了很多時間。
