В номере была ужасная плесень! Пахло сыростью и еще неприятным запахом. Мы попросили заменить номер, но сказали: «отель полный и это самый лучший номер, по сравнению с другими». Расположение, соглашусь отличное, но номер ужасный!!!!

Not convinced this is a four star hotel. 3 at the very most. The size of our room was very good but the amenities very basic. Not very many staff around.The location however is spot on right close to the opera, easy to get into the old town. Trams and buses on the door step.

Me and my friend visited this hotel a while ago, but it was such a bad experience. The room looked dirty, the sink was clogged and the shower did not work. We were asked to shower in another room, and there were a lot of cigarettes just outside of the window. Also, the lobby was completely filled with building materials as they were renovating. In the morning the receptionist has the audacity to ask if we enjoyed our shower, it was so rude. When asking for compensation for our terrible experience, I saw a rat passing by the desk. Seriously, this whole experience was so bad and felt extremely shady, and of course we never got compensated for the bad service. This place should close, never stay here.

Hotel centrally located and within walking distance from station. Good breakfast choice but otherwise rather tatty. No clear sign with hotel name, just a typed notice on the door. Lack of hooks in the room, no towel rails or loo brush, wonky basin plug. Fridge not working, TV not mounted level, wonky bedside light fittings, no spare blankets. Room heating not working although fan heater provided.

This hotel is well located to visit all Antwerp. It is close to the public transportation connections. The staff are really helpful for any questions you might have about the city. My room was very comfortable. Coffee and water are available in the room. Parking is easy at the Antwerp shopping parking lot right next to the hotel. Currently the parking fee costs 19.20 EUR per day.
