毫不客氣的説，真的是一言難盡，房間沒有窗户很悶，定的就是無窗房，這個沒什麼意見，服務人員態度極差，住了四天，第一天**第二天攜程，第三天就讓在前台付錢。前台沒有工作人員值班，要喊半天才會來人，退房不按時查房過後人走了，找事剋扣按金，本人常年出旅遊玩，大到美朋希爾頓小到普通商務快捷。從來沒有剋扣按金。今天算是見到了偏僻的地方偏僻的快捷，亂扣按金服務態度不好。

房間基本上對隔音這個概念不存在，隔壁房間即使小聲説話，這邊也能聽見。入住時床邊是壞的，臨時用膠帶粘住的。雙床房間居然衹放了一條浴巾。因為隔壁房間興奮到凌晨三點，可想而知兩邊的房間怎麼入睡！

大保定住過最差的酒店了119元大床帶窗户結果小房間小窗沒有窗户垃圾桶都不收拾，還有啤酒瓶衞生間放的防臭丸之類的東西，整晚上嗆死了哎呀，無語死了，第一次評論差到極致了

酒店雖然是新開的，但是那麼冷的天氣居然沒有供暖，一台空調吹了一個下午房間還是冷冰冰的！晚上睡覺蓋了兩張被子才勉強能睡着！另外洗手間洗澡下水較慢，洗完澡外面全是一大灘水！
