Orange Hotel (Wanda Plaza Branch of Anyang Municipal Government)

The room is clean and big, and they also give us candy. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Anyang Museum, and it is also convenient to go to Wanda for dinner and fruit shopping. It is very close to the No. 11 bus stop, which goes from the high-speed railway station to Yinxu. There are many buses, so it is convenient to take the bus to play.

Xinjuzi is very comfortable. The bedding made me sleep without any discomfort. The room service was also very satisfactory. I will stay here again next time.

The room is clean and tidy, the waiter Xiaotian is enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich and varied, I hope the food management will be strengthened and the hygiene will be strictly controlled. The robot is very cute.

The hotel is in a good location, close to major museums, newly renovated, relatively large space, and reasonable facilities. The breakfast is OK, but the beans are a bit raw. The front desk service level needs to be improved.

It was my first time staying at Orange Hotel. When I checked in on the day of check-in, the front desk told me that the room was not tight today and they arranged an upgrade. Because the room I originally booked had a wall outside or something and the lighting was not good, the staff improved your check-in experience when I checked in. The service was very heartwarming. Before leaving for the next day, the front desk staff saw that you ordered medicine takeout and immediately handed you warm water. They also prepared mineral water for you before departure. I am an old member of Orange. Later, because I take my children out more often, I mostly choose Holiday Inn. This time when I came to Anyang, Ctrip recommended Orange Hotel. I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect that this stay experience made me fall in love with it again. This is the second Orange Hotel in Anyang. It has a superior geographical location, close to the municipal government office building, more than 900 meters away from Anyang Museum, and Wanda Plaza nearby. It is very convenient for both dining and transportation. It is worth mentioning that my son and I were very satisfied with the interior design and soft services of this Orange restaurant. I booked a superior twin room, and when I checked in, we were upgraded to an executive double room for free. The room was spacious, and the best thing was that there was a study area, separate wet and dry areas, and the washbasin was outside the bathroom. Supplies were easily accessible, and the towels, slippers, and bedding were clean. In short, it was very convenient to use. Although Ctrip said there was no breakfast, free breakfast was provided every day. The variety was much richer than other budget hotels. We had breakfast in the hotel every day. The staff are polite, enthusiastic, well-educated and always answer any questions you have. There is a large living room at the entrance for guests to rest and work. There is also an automatic baggage storage area on the first floor, which is convenient for guests waiting for the bus to travel after checking out. I feel that this management team is very young and full of ideas. We will stay here again next time we come to Anyang and recommend it to our friends.
