入住整體體驗非常差，環境差，設施老舊，環境噪音大嚴重影響夜間休息。有問題無法解決，前台人員服務態度無法評價，隨便掛斷客人電話，放任問題不去解決，提供虛假的值班經理電話。另外這個酒店沒有夜班經理嗎？還是遇到問題了就把前台員工推出來做為擋箭牌。

挺好的，出差住了兩天，一進門前台小姐姐的服務態度就很好，房間也乾淨，面巾都是一次性的，乾淨又衞生，洗澡熱水是真足

冬天半夜11點多漏水了，聯繫前台換了個房間，折騰了等暖和了已經12點多了，第二天起來果然凍感冒了。前台也沒什麼補償或者表示，不建議訂
