This stay experience was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and professional service of the staff made people feel warm. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect was very good. I slept until dawn. The bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation.

For example, the two doors open in a fan-shaped manner automatically, giving customers the courtesy of a Shang king ruling the world. The toiletries and water drinks in the room pay special attention to quality. Breakfast also arranges millet, sea cucumber and black chicken soup according to the seat, creating a sense of luxury in simplicity. There are also best-selling books available in the lobby. 谢谢尔盖Starway Hotel is very good for staying when You are on business trip and it is necessary to go to work to some factory (located on the north countryside of Linzhou city) every day. The Hotel provides good tasty breakfast from 7 am to 9:30 am. The provided room was quite big and clean. There is a very big parking lot next to the hotel. In general I liked it. Thanks.

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Anyang. I am quite picky about hotels, but I have to give this hotel a five-star rating. The front desk reception was warm and responsive. Because the train time was 6:30 in the evening, I hoped to rest after the trip before going to the train station. I asked for a late check-out, and the front desk extended it to 5:30. I am really grateful. The driver Xiaolu was on time and polite. He insisted on taking the two suitcases himself. It was a very good accommodation experience.

RRonald DudleyI'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

LLandeerkangxiTake the train from Jiaozuo Station to Anyang Station in the evening of 9/10. Anyang Jinjiang Star is on the left hand side of the station facing the road. You can arrive in 5-10 minutes. I arrived in the early morning of 9/11. I took the room card for a non-smoking room, opened the door and quickly closed it. The smell of smoke in the room was very strong. I asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk asked me to check out with Ctrip. I went to look for a room by myself in the middle of the night and was told that the hotel had no rooms, but I disagreed (during this period I showed the front desk the anti-allergy medicine I had brought with me). I said it was okay to let me check out: you'll pay three for one, and you go and tell Ctrip that you didn't arrange a non-smoking room for me. It was Jinjiang Star's fault. During our argument, the hotel's security guy pulled the front desk aside. I asked her if the hotel could help us find a non-smoking room in the Jinjiang Group. After hearing this, the front desk asked us if it was possible. We said it was ok as long as it was non-smoking, so we contacted the nearby Seven Days Hotel chain under the group. First, I went to check out the guest rooms. The non-smoking double rooms were also approved. After returning to Jinjiang Star, I moved my luggage to the Seven Days Inn and was told that the check-in time was three days. I went to Jinjiang Star for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I went to the front desk to get the breakfast coupon for the next day. The front desk said that there was a room again today and asked me to check the room. There was no problem and I moved my luggage back from the 7 Days Inn. I checked 1008 and it was also a double bed room. (The hotel informed us that they would upgrade the room for us). There was no smoke smell, and there were no problems with the faucets, shower heads, and toilet water, so we agreed to move back. When Luoyang security guards and Anyang security guards cooperated with the front desk to deal with emergencies, one of them was making trouble and the other was actively handling them. For us regular visitors to Jinjiang Inn, we welcome the latter's approach and our experience during the next two days of stay was also great. Yes, breakfast is also good.
