J'ai précisé lors de ma réservation que je souhaite une chambre au calme loin de l'ascenseur avec une vue sur la mer,j'ai eu une chambre tout à fait le contraire,à 20cm de l'ascenseur avec une fenêtre ou on voyait les gens en face,côté opposé de la mer,accueil plus que froid,je n'y retournerai plus à cet hôtel.

Nice, helpful and friendly receptionist did our check in. Beach towels were added at no extra cost. There was a lift and this carried us up to our room. It was a good size with an even bigger terrace outside. The view over the water was beautiful. The bathroom was great, too. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. The hotel and Anzio really was a place to come back to.

My only complaint was the bathroom, had a slight odor to it. Smelled stagnant. Very nice location, right across from beach. The young man who was at checkin desk watched my bags for an hour after checkout so I could explore. Didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly. Not a far walk from the train station either, going back to train is uphill however.

We spent too night in this hotel. Room: We have nice room and balcony view was straight to sea. Only bad side of room was curtain because It was impossible to get down and sun light light the room very early, Breakfast It was poor and there was very little alternatives. Parking. There is no parking in the hotel and It was hard to find car parking place to near. If you found It was quite expensive. Staff Staff was friendly and warm, Location Location was good.

A parte l'ottima posizione dell'hotel, davanti la spiaggia e vicina al centro pedonale, non posso dire che la mia esperienza in questa struttura sia stata positiva, soprattutto a causa del comportamento poco accogliente della signora della reception, sgarbata e poco incline a soddisfare le necessità del cliente, tanto da sbuffare davanti ad una richiesta semplice come avere un portavaligie (assente in camera). Altro esempio: essendo intollerante al lattosio, ho chiesto per la colazione se ci fosse qualcosa adatto a me. Non solo ha detto che non c'era niente per me, ma mi ha risposto dicendomi che anche lei è intollerante al lattosio, ma i cornetti al burro presenti in struttura li mangia. Sono contenta per lei, ma la mia intolleranza è più grave ed ho bisogno di prodotti certificati senza lattosio. E cmq, invece di rispondere, perchè non risolvi la questione, comprando dei biscotti senza lattosio? costano al massimo €3/4 la confezione. Sono tua ospite ed ho pagato per la colazione. A parte ciò, l'hotel ha arredi datati e il bagno che ci è capito era privo di termosifone. I cuscini sono duri. La sala colazione situata alla sinistra dell'entrata dell'hotel ha dimensioni ridotte e qualche sedia è da cambiare.

Ho soggiornato una notte all'hotel Riviera e mi sono trovata molto bene. Albergo in posizione centrale, a 5' a piedi dalla piazza principale della città, dalla Rivuera Zanardelli e dal Porto Innocenziano, dove la scelta dei locali è fantastica. Stanza accogliente, pulita e sufficientemente ampia, con letti comodi. Soddisfacente colazione mattutina inclusa nel pernottamento, con una buona scelta di cibi dolci e salati. Tutte buone le torte e i cornetti. Personale gentile. A pochi metri dall'hotel si trova il Lido della Dea Fortuna, consigliato per la balneazione e la ristorazione. Consigliati entrambi i luoghi. 👌💥
