We have returned to London after 4 wonderful nights at Chalet Eden The hotel is lovely and everything was perfect – the rooms, the food, the wine, the service and the wellness spa! Stefano was a wonderful guide on the slopes and all the staff are a credit to the family. There is such a lovely atmosphere at the hotel and it is clear that everyone is very proud of being part of the Chalet Eden team. We very much hope to return in the future.

We have stayed in La Thuile many times, though this was our first time staying in Chalet Eden. I booked this as a child free 40th birthday treat for my husband and it did not disappoint. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again. Room was perfect and hotel had excellent ski storage facilities etc. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the new wellness area is amazing!! We loved coming back to the hotel after a day skiing and jumping in the hot tub. Dinner at the hotel is a must - food was excellent and had some lovely local wines. Can’t wait to return for my 40th!!

I went with a group 30 of friends for a ski trip. We had a great time. The staff were especially friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Nice bar space and we also used a meeting room. It is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the main lift but ski lockers are available for hire.

This is a beautiful hotel fantastically located within a few minutes of the ski lifts and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery. The rooms are really lovely and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. La Thuile is a great family destination, with skiing in La Thuile and La Rosier, plus a free ski bus to Courmayeur every 30 minutes during ski season. There are lots of great restaurants in La Thuile (pre-book if you’re going in school holidays) and the restaurant in Chalet Eden is very good if you want a more sophisticated dining experience! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the slopes but the hotel minibus was available to drop off and collect . The surprise of the week though was the superb, almost Michelin standard food served every evening. For a group of foodie skiers, this was the best week of skiing and eating we have ever had. The wine list wasn't bad either as was the selections of gins in the bar. What a great place.

We stayed in a Junior Suite at the Chalet Eden early February 22. The hotel was welcoming and immaculate, check in was simple and friendly. Our room was large and very well appointed, with a lovely view over the front garden and mountains. Breakfast was great and the whole place had a laid back atmosphere. The walk to the ski gondola was about 3/4 minutes, we kept our skis at the ski shop do didn’t have to walk in boots, but the hotel has a heated boot store room and a convenient shuttle service should you need it. La thuile is a lovely welcoming town with a great ski area and we were very happy with our choice of hotel, would definitely return and highly recommend. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Hotel molto curato e accogliente. Camere ben organizzate e letti comodissimi. Abbiamo anche cenato e la cena è stata ottima! Ci hanno anche aiutato nella scelta del vino con molta preparazione. La spa è meravigliosa. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente

Purtroppo, non sono riuscita a soggiornare. Ma non vorrei nemmeno più farlo. Venerdì sera chiamo per prenotare una stanza, il ragazzo mi dice che costa 159€ a notte e mi spiega i servizi. Per curiosità chiedo la differenza con il prezzo di Booking che era sempre di €159. Il ragazzo rimane sorpreso in quanto il prezzo su booking deve essere sempre più alto di quello che dicono loro (va a controllare anche sul sito), allora molto gentilmente mi ferma la stanza, e dice che ne parlerà con la titolare la mattina dopo per vedere se si poteva fare qualcosa e sempre la mattina dopo mi dice che mi avrebbero mandato la conferma via mail. È Sabato sera e nessuno si è fatto sentire, richiamo, nessuno sa nulla. Dopo 2h arriva la mail. PROMOZIONE la stanza da 169€ a 165€ (ai quali devi aggiungerci la tassa di soggiorno)…ma mi prendete in giro?? Ciliegina, la mattina dopo alle 7.55 mi dicono che hanno dato via la stanza. Nella mail non vi era scritto di confermare e il ragazzo non me lo ha mai detto telefonicamente, anzi forse per errore mio avevo compreso che “fermandola” fosse prenotata. Penso che non serva dilungarmi oltre e che si commenti da sola la pessima non esperienza in questo hotel. P.s. Non ho mai chiesto sconti, volevo solo una camera.
