Hip studio style, pet friendly rustic beach cottage & former Oyster house refinery on the bay with a new dock w/ plenty of parking for your boat/trailer. There are crab traps at the dock that you can bait. We have a Yamaha gas powered golf cart that is available to rent for $55 a day as Apalachicola is a golf cart friendly town. ****🚬Smoking is not allowed inside, but is allowed outside. Please keep the discarded butts from the yard please. ****😀 Amenities include a picnic table, Weber grill, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a yard swing for enjoying your time outside. The yard is large with a tropical feel with tropical foliage overlooking the bay. Conveniently located 1 mile from shopping and restaurants downtown.

House trained , well behaved fur babies stay for $25 (one charge for 2). Would like to keep pets at 2 max. The Oyster House has a nice, big yard if you have a dog. Just bring a tie out and a runner to keep them off of Hwy 98 as there is no fence. There is a tie out in the yard if you find it satisfactory to use at your own risk. Please clean up waste after pups! 😀About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).House trained pets allowed..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.This house is not suitable for small children..About customRules:No smoking inside of house.
