The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!The spaceThe kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Tea and coffee supplied.The lounge area has comfortable leather lounge plus large screen 69inch TV, DVD player, surround sound and wifi.The bedroom has a Queen size comfortable bed with modern ensuite and walk in robe.The private outdoor area overlooks the pool and garden and is for your exclusive use including the pool, garden, BBQ, lounge, table & chairs.Guest accessAccess to “The Pool House” is via the driveway leading you to the rear of the main house, with off street parking for car and trailer boat.
