Blair's Bungalow is a spacious, newly refurbished 2bd/1 bath half of a duplex with access to a 50+ft Dock. The unit comes with one boat slip. Boat slip water & power usage are available for an extra daily charge. Conveniently located on the leeward side of Black Sound between Abaco Boat Yard & Sunset Marine Co. it's just a few-minute golf cart ride into historic New Plymouth and about 10 minutes to the north end of Green Turtle Cay. Blair's Bungalow is extremely comfortable and spacious and can comfortably accommodate a group of 4 guests. The large eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator and additional chest freezer, stove/oven & microwave. The bathroom is complete with tub, shower, sink & toilet.Bedrooms can be set up as 2 XL twin beds in each room -or- 1 king bed in each room. Full kitchen w/chest freezer. We just installed a 15KW solar power system that works great - no more power surges or outages! And best of all no noisy generator.WI-FI & Cable TV,NOTE: Blair's Bungalow is located on the street side of the property and has access to the large private dock on the Black Sound side of the property.
