Our approx. 80 m² apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, from here a bicycle / hiking trail goes directly through the fields to Soltau, Neuenkirchen or Dorfmark. This is an ideal starting point for bike tours or long walks.The apartment was completely renovated in winter 19/20 and is now technically and optically in the most modern condition.You enter the apartment through the staircase, you first reach the hallway, from here all other rooms go out. There is a spacious cloakroom in the hallway.The approximately 28m ² living / dining room with a 3 person couch and two large armchairs and a flat screen TV offers all the necessities for a cozy evening. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.The kitchen is a dream for every cook. The second flat screen TV of the apartment is also located here.In order to get into the garden you have to leave the house through the front door, directly next to it there are approx. There is a small seating and barbecue area, as well as a sandpit for the children and some children's toys.
