An indoor heated pool (open summer and winter), a sauna and a fitness room are available for recovery and staying in shape—useful in the mountains. Quiet duplex T3 apartment with 7 sleeping places on the 2nd and top floor accessed by a wide staircase (no elevator), with a total area of 49 m² complemented by a south-facing terrace. On the ground floor: an entry with storage, a separate WC, the main room equipped with an 80 cm flat-screen TV in the living area, a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm and storage wardrobe, a fitted kitchen with hob, microwave oven, raclette machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher (dishes provided), refrigerator, wooden table for 7 (7 chairs). A separate bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and laundry wardrobe, a bathroom (bathtub, hairdryer). Upstairs: a lovely mezzanine overlooking the living room, with a single bed area (90 x 200 cm), a shower room with WC, a separate bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a travel cot (baby). Pillows and blankets are provided. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by guests. You will also have at your disposal a private heated ski locker on the ground floor (avoiding carrying skis up the stairs) as well as a private parking space in a covered, closed car park. For residents only: a gym, billiards room and a heated pool, all fully renovated, are available. These sports facilities adjoin the apartment building and are therefore very close.
