Located within the secure landscaped grounds of Carré Marine, our apartment looks out directly over Cannes Marina and towards the distant red rocks of the Esterel mountains. Walking just over five minutes, you can be at the numerous sandy beaches around the Bay of Cannes or the manicured golfing greens of Cannes Old Course. There are also several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The Neighborhood: The residence is situated on Robinson Island, a small island formed by a branch of the River Siagne. Within the 7.5 acres of landscaped communal grounds is a 15m by 6m swimming pool, a 2.5m children’s pool, a pétanque area, a children’s play area and a table tennis facility. Located alongside Cannes Marina, our guests are offered the choice to use the private slipway to launch their boat, canoe, kayak or Sup board. Alternatively, you can simply sit and relax on the Résidence’s private pontoon, the communal lawns or our private garden and terrace and watch the boats sail gracefully in and out of the marina. The apartment is equipped with two Smart-enabled televisions - one 115cm TV in the lounge and one 82cm TV in the larger bedroom - providing access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, English TV channels (such as Bbc Itv C4 and C5) as well as a full range of French TV channels. The lounge also has a BlueRay DVD player with a large selection of Adult and children’s DVD (120 titles).
