An ideal space to relax and enjoy the view of the banks of the Cher.The apartment offers two bedrooms:- One bedroom with a double bed 140x200, storage- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed, storageBoth beds are prepared to ensure your comfort upon arrival. The sofa bed kit will be provided for 5 adults or more.The bathroom is modern and spacious with a large shower, sink, and washing machine (non-drying). The toilet is separate.In the residence, you will benefit from a private parking space (maneuvering may be complicated for large vehicles) and secure bicycle parking.For your children, we provide on-site at no extra charge a travel cot (without mattress or sheets), a high chair, and a baby bath.Self-check-in is available from 4 PM using a key box, and check-out is at 10 AM.At your disposal:Towels according to the number of tenants and household linen (tea towels and bath mats)Cleaning products, welcome kit for a first breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar) and basic grocery itemsWe regret that we cannot accept pets.A security deposit of €300 will be requested by bank imprint, not debited.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
