"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service and great location. Will definitely come back again. I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and Very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and good service. "Read a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back."

"Location is close to the Genting Resort.The apartment has a microwave, water dispenser and induction cooker, which are convenient for family use.The room light is cosy and the bed is comfortable. There are broken parts in the clothes hanging hook and the toilet paper holder. Besides, there is a smoke detector on top of the bed ceiling floor keeps flashing disturbing the sleep. I hope the balcony and the futon bed mattress cover can be cleaned properly, looking at the stains on the bedsheet covers made me sleep at the living sofa better. General rating is moderate."

"Expect an average property and service, a bit over hyped and very much over priced for the value. The building is new and the mall below is still opening. If you are not a Malaysian you will struggle to pay for the facilities (bowling or golf ), they expect you to do a bank transfer and no TouchnGo or cash or card payments are accepted. Some teething issues probably because it’s still being setup, the locker was not working. The rooms are ok, the second bedroom is very small, you can hardly walk. The shower is basic. Not anything that you expect to see for the hype of a luxury apartment. Interestingly we found someone’s forgotten clothes in our room, we doubt if they do a proper cleaning also before giving the apartment to the new clients."

"Absolutely beautiful unit that's well interior decorated and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Multiple televisions, one in each room and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is beautiful and the make up of the unit in general is amazing, gave my ideas for my own apartment. Easy self check in/ out service and host was on call when needed. Parking - unfortunately theres no free parking. We paid on average RM22.50 a day for parking which is kind of insane. Wish there could be reduced parking at least. Location is a bit tricky as its great to go up to genting by car. Only a 5 minute drive to the attractions, but to come back to the apartment by car you need to drive down and mountain and come back up at Chin Swee temple whichll take about 15 - 20 minutes. There is the direct link bridge that'll take about 20 minutes by foot to walk to Skyworld which is great. Restaurants and stores are slowly opening up downstairs which is good for necessity or a coffee. We were unlucky as it was raining the entire 4 days we were there and couldn't enjoy the views at all. The whole time it was foggy and we had a wall of white fog. Extremely windy if we opened up the windows to the point we had to close the doors. Sheets are not the highest threat count abd can be a little scratchy, but hopefully, as it washed more, it softens up. Some dust around the area and lint but may be because the unit hadn't been rented out for sometime. Overall the stay was super pleasant. Took advantage of the washing machine and enjoyed the unit. Bmafter 2 days in genting we spent the other 2 chilling in the unit and enjoying the space."

"the location is quite far from resort world and the shuttle service is not available in the morning, grab is not available during morning. must wait for the shuttle bus by 10am if you have early morning activity is not quite possible anyway you still can take their taxi which way too expensive"

"Overall stay was good. Owner was fast to respond to any needs Except we were expecting 2 single BEDS (as described in booking page), but was a little disappointed with only 2 single MATTRESS provided. So the kids had to sleep on the floor 😬 Also follow the instructions given in the series of photos. There are many tower blocks and lifts so things can be easily confused. There’s a water dispenser outside our room so that’s very helpful 👍"

"I like and am satisfied with my stay at Yunduo. The hotel has a bus that can take you to Genting Indoor Theme Park. You can go shopping in the parking lot at the casino. The room is also very clean and hygienic. It is a very good experience and worth experiencing!"
