This cute little apartment is located in downtown boonville. It is next to one of the most popular restaurants/bar (Maggie’s) and it’s just minutes away from the Katy Trail. It is located four blocks away from the Missouri river and five blocks away from the Isle of Capri Casino. There’s so many things to do in Boonville, including the Budweiser Clydesdale ranch, the Mitchell car museum, numerous quaint little shops on downtown, Main Street.The spaceYou were in walking distance from the Isle Capri, the Katy Trail, and the Missouri River.Guest accessYou will be given a code prior to arrival. That will get you through the back door on the red deck. This code will also get you in the first door at the top of the steps on the right which is the door going into the little apartment.Other things to note1. Extra guests are an additional charge because of the extra cleaning.2. A tranquil and historically significant upstairs apartment, dating back to 1876, is available for your stay. The Apartment is located on 2nd floor just up the outside steps. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offering complimentary parking on the premises. The apartment is just a few blocks away from an array of culinary delights, retail establishments, the picturesque Missouri River, and the captivating Isle of Capri Casino. Additional rules Parties are NOT allowed Quiet neighborhood No smoking in home Vaping in home is not allowed No pets allowed Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment (this includes vaping). There's a $500 fee for smoking plus replacement cost of any damaged furniture/ additional cleaning fees. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood please be respectful of noise after 10:00pm. Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors.
