This is a small but stand-alone, non-shared space studio with a separate entrance not connected with the owner's residence. It has independent utilities control and no other guests share this space. The owners live in the main house next to it and control the area of the premises.It is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood located two miles from Flagstaff downtown, less than a mile from the National Forest and Buffalo Park, very close to the shopping center, restaurants and Flagstaff Medical Center.The studio has a refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, teapot and all necessary kitchen stuff. Also, we provide guests with some essential food and bath supplies and extra bedding for the roll-on-bed.Our nice outside patio is suitable for meals and relaxation if weather permits.The check-in procedure is simple — the door will be open for you, and you will find the keys inside the unit.Please park your car in the concrete driveway at the front of the house.
