We are a cozy studio in a unique setting. There is a babbling brook that runs through the property to the ocean. This was a granite-quarrying site many years ago, and the property retains the remnants of a granite road used by ox carts to move granite blocks to the schooners. There is wild life on occasion, we recently had a great blue heron for several days. The main bedroom is located in the attic so there is an extra flight of stairs to get there, and the laundry is in the basement.
