Unit 162. Update: Fall of 2022 we installed a Grohe hand-held shower head so that parents could more easily wash their children. In the summer of 2021 we added new artwork. In 2019 we installed a new 55” Samsung LED LCD Smart TV! It’s beautiful and has “Dynamic Crystal color”! We also installed a new modern Rohl kitchen faucet, a Rohl bathroom faucet, added new shower hooks, and bought new pans. In 2015 we did some remodeling and have made many changes to our condo including: all walls painted, four new louvered doors, new wood flooring, new chair rail, new sleeper couch with an extra large mattress, and two new bar stools. The furniture has been rearranged so the bed and couch both look directly at the TV. This provides better function and a more open feeling. The ground floor location of this studio allows for convenient walk-in/walk-out access without the need to wait for an elevator. Just open the lanai sliding doors and you are steps away from the beach, the pool, and the Ka’anapali walkway. The courtyard offers a tranquil setting with tropical plants, a Koi pond with a waterfall, and the swimming pool. In the evening, the Koi pond is lit by romantic torches and lights. From the condo’s lanai, there are magnificent ocean views and the grassy area by the lanai gives the feeling of a private garden. It’s a delightful place to have a morning coffee or evening drink. The condo has been remodeled entirely and professionally decorated. It has a 55'' flat- screen smart TV, DVR for recording programs, free secure 5g Wifi, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a large king bed, a queen sleeper couch, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a free washer and dryer just outside the door.The Whaler, a premiere condominium resort, is in the heart of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Ka’anapali Beach is recognized worldwide as one of the top ten beaches. The spectacular natural setting, along with the many amenities of this resort hotel, make it an outstanding paradise vacation for people of all ages. Aloha -- Welcome to our condo apartment.It is a 1200 sq ft ground floor corner unit located in the Maui Eldorado Beach Resort, beside the 4th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The condo has two queen size beds - each in a separate sleeping room with direct, private access to the dressing room, bathroom and shower. There is a clothes washer/dryer in the apartment.A fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated - complete with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster. Cutlery, linens, and a complete range of cooking utensils are provided. The large living room and dining area, is complete with a flat-screen smart TV with Spectrum Cable. There is TV service in the bedroom area. Free WI-FI Internet service is available throughout the apartment and at the Beach Cabana.There are sliding glass doors across the front and side of the apartment which provide an open and fresh atmosphere with lots of light. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The living room and bedroom open out onto the lanai which is furnished with a dining suite and two conversation chairs.
