Each unit has its private entrance, fenced & covered back patio & locked back gate (locks from the inside).☼ Each guest receives a door code for entry on the day of check-in.━━━☆ Other Things to Note:☼ Located in Hildale, UT a rural neighborhood surrounded by undisturbed BLM public lands - ideal for walking and exploration. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATVs from time to time.☼ Check-In: after 4:00 PM MST, Check-Out: by 11:00 AM MST☼ The outdoor theater seen in photos is NOT currently available for use (don't worry, we're working on it!)☼ All 3 apartments can be booked for group events (9 BR/6 BA total), contact us for details!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Pets not allowed on furniture, hot tub, or pool.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
