There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 14-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience. Giant 8'-6" high windows give stellar views of Birmingham’s beautiful historic buildings and skyline. If unavailable, there is a 2nd floor loft as well.Items to note:1. Cats or dogs are welcome, but there is a non-refundable $125 deposit per pet (only 2 allowed). There will be additional fees if there are issues.2. An early check in/late check out may be done for an additional charge of $35 to accommodate for our cleaners. Please inform us at least one day in advance if you wish to arrange for this service. Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property.We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security.While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.We have noise monitors installed in our unit (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it measures the noise levels in decibels.
