There Is a grace period of 15min if you are running a bit behind.-Parties: $500 cleaning fee + unauthorized visitors fee.-Unauthorized visitors/events/gatherings: will charge a $35 fee per day/per person. To avoid this, please let me know if you will receive visitors.
